Our SUN*MED Green Olives, are of the Halkidiki variety. One of the mildest varieties of Green Olives, its bright green in color with larger than average size, a firm body and mellow taste. The unique characteristics of the soil in which it is cultivated in the regions of Halkidiki & Kavala create a special variety known for centuries in the region.
Agrocan sources them mostly from small farmers with whom we have a long-term relationship built on trust and quality. The olives are then processed with both simple, traditional recipes but also more modern ones, in order to bring out their true natural flavor.
All of our olives are available in both conventional and organic.
