PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
SUN*MED Black Olives, are dark purple to almost black in color with a subtle tangy texture. They are picked when they are very ripe, then slowly brine cured in salt and vinegar which brings out their true natural flavor. We usually source them from small farmers with whom we have long term relationship to assure the best quality.
All of our olives can be ordered with private labeling.
