Artichokes Quarters – 2.42 L

Artichoke Hearts are the interior heart of the artichoke. The Artichoke Quarters are cut into 4 to 6 Slices. They’re light yellow in color and are considered a delicacy from Spain. They are low in fat and about 25 calories per artichoke. They’re a good source of Potassium, Folate, Magnesium, and Vitamin C.

SUN*MED brand canned Artichokes are already fully cooked and can be consumed straight from the tin or rinsed and then used. They can be tossed into salads or made into an artichoke dip.  You can also cook with artichokes, add them at the end of the cooking process.
