Product Description:
SUN*MED Kalamata Olives, the Queen of all Olives, is a
unique product of Greece. They are of almond shape, dark
purple to black in color with a strong natural flavor. It
gets it’s purple/black color on the tree naturally from the
sun rays, not by a chemical treatment as most black colored
olives from other countries. The olives are firm to medium
firm and unique in their rich fruity flavor. We source them
mostly from the Kalamata and Sparta region usually from
small size farms and we ferment, process & pack them at our
factory in Greece. Ingredients:
Kalamata Olives, Water, Sea
Salt, Olive Oil, Wine Vinegar
Preparation: SUN*MED Superior
Kalamata Olives are ready to use right out of the container.
For better taste, thoroughly wash them with cold water, add
some SUN*MED KALAMATA, extra virgin Olive Oil, oregano and
enjoy them raw, use them in a famous Greek Salad. The full
flavor of this olive is best when used at room temperature.
You may chop them, pit them or slice them for cooking and
baking.
