PRODUCT: SUN*MED Olives Green

Product Description: SUN*MED Green Olives, are of the Chalkidiki variety, one of the mildest varieties of green olives. It is large, bright green, firm and the taste is savory and mellow. We usually source them from small farmers with whom we have long term relationship to assure the best quality and we process them, at our factory in Greece. Simple salt brine and a touch of lemon bring out their true natural flavor.

Ingredients: Green Olives, Water, Sea Salt , Citric Acid

Preparation: SUN*MED Green Olives are ready to use right out of the container. Enjoy them raw as an appetizer. Great in martinis, salads and with cheese. The full flavor of this olive is best when used at room temperature. You may chop them, pit them or slice them for cooking and baking.
