Product Description: SUN*MED Sliced Green Olives, are one of the mildest varieties of Greek olives. It is large, bright green, medium to firm and the taste is savory and mellow. We source them mostly from the Xalkidiki region and naturally cure these exceptionally large and tasty olives without any additional oil or vinegar in our factory in Greece. A simple salt brine and a touch of lemon brings out their true flavor.

Ingredients: Green Olives, Water, Sea Salt , Citric Acid 

Preparation: SUN*MED Sliced Green Olives are ready to use right out of the container. Enjoy them raw as an appetizer. They are ideal for pizza toppings and also great in sauces. The full flavor of this olive is best when used at room temperature. You may chop them for cooking and baking.
