Product Description: SUN*MED Green Chalkidiki Cracked Olives, are one of the mildest varieties of Greek olives. It is large, bright green, firm and the taste is savory and mellow. We source them from the Chalkidiki region and crack and cure these exceptionally large and tasty olives in our factory in Greece. Simple salt brine and a touch of lemon bring out their true flavor.

Ingredients: Green Olives, Water, Sea Salt , Citric Acid

Preparation: SUN*MED Green Cracked Olives are ready to use right out of the container. Enjoy them raw as an appetizer or you can marinate them with SUN*MED extra virgin olive oil, fresh lemon and herbs. Great in salads and with cheese. The full flavor of this olive is best when used at room temperature. You may chop them, pit them or slice them for cooking and baking.
