Product Description:
SUN*MED Black Olives, are of the Amfissa variety and are
dark purple, almost black with a subtle tangy fleshy
texture. They are picked when they are very ripe, then
slowly brine cured in salt and vinegar which brings out
their true natural flavor. We usually source them from small
farmers with whom we have long term relationship to assure
the best quality and we process them, at our factory in
Greece

Black Olives are ready to use right out of the container.
The classic Greek olive makes a tasty appetizer when tossed
with extra-virgin olive oil, fresh lemon and herbs such as
parsley and wild thyme. Use in salads, soups, stews, with
cheeses and crusty breads.
